FOR PUB OWNERS

Is my pub right for a padel court?

Tick what applies to your site. It’s not a formal assessment, just a quick way to see how close a fit you might already be.

0 OF 4 CHECKED

Not sure yet? That’s exactly what the free survey is for.

Tick what applies as you go, or just get in touch. Every site is assessed individually, so it is always worth asking.

THE SITE SURVEY

What we look at on a site survey.

The checklist above is a starting point. The free survey is where we assess your actual site, with no cost and no obligation.

Space and layout

Where courts could sit, how much room there is, and how the site flows between the pub, the garden and the car park.

Access and parking

How construction vehicles would reach the site, and whether parking works for players and regulars alike.

Planning feasibility

A first view on planning risk, including neighbours, lighting and noise. Our planning permission guide explains what a council looks at.

Fit with your pub

Your licence, your food and drink offer and the community around you, because padel works best alongside a pub people already choose.

A FEW MORE QUESTIONS

Still not sure?

What if I’m missing one of these?

Missing one usually isn’t a dealbreaker. It depends on the rest of the picture. The checklist is a starting point, not a pass or fail test. The free site survey is what actually tells you whether your pub works.

Do you only work with pubs, or other hospitality venues too?

Pubs are the core of the model, food, drink and a licence already in place, but if you run a hospitality venue with similar space and footfall, it’s worth getting in touch to talk it through.

What actually happens during the site survey?

We visit, assess the space, access and rough planning feasibility, then give you an honest view of whether your site works and what a realistic timeline would look like. No cost, no obligation.

I don’t tick every box, is it still worth enquiring?

Yes. Every site is assessed individually, and some pubs that don’t look obvious on paper turn out to work well in person.
